Panfilo S. Cadeliña, Jr. earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of San Jose Recoletos, Cebu City and his Master’s Degree in Management from Asian Development Foundation College, Tacloban City. At present, he is pursuing his doctorate in Technology Management at Cebu State College in Science and Technology.

He is an active member and past Chapter President of the Ormoc-Kananga Chapter of the Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers (PSME) and was accorded exemplary recognition for his outstanding contribution to the chapter. He likes to travel and has in fact been to a lot of interesting places around the Philippines and abroad. During free time, he loves playing golf, attending practical shooting exercises and competitions, and spending quality time with his wife and son.
